One of Freds greatest pleasures is the process of meeting new clients, being invited into their homes and listening very carefully to what kind of piece of furniture or development it is that they would like. He is very conscious that commissioning a new piece of furniture or starting a renovation is an adventure and he does his very best to make the adventure an enjoyable experience for all.

He will go away and reflect back to you what you have told him and give you his initial reactions and some initial guides on costs. If that's suitable he'll go a step further. He will then make some drawings - usually two alternative designs. He may then visit you again or send the drawings either digitally or in the mail. At this stage one of the drawings may need to be amended or Fred may need to develop a third design based upon your reaction.

Once the design is decided upon, Fred can give you an exact cost and an idea of when the piece will be ready for delivery.

Fred is happy to work with clients throughout the world though it is obviously less expensive for him to travel to Bragg Creek than it is to Patagonia or Okinawa.
